My experience with Smiles of Sterling has been very pleasant from the very beginning! I had called a different dental office and was rudely and abruptly placed on hold, so I decided to hang up and called Smiles of Sterling. My call was immediately answered by their pleasant receptionist. My questions were answered and I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time frame. I especially enjoyed their online checkin where I was able to fill out paperwork before my appointment. All my other necessary paperwork was sent to me via email in a timely manner. When I arrived on the day of my appointment I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing the office was. I was seen at exactly my appointment time without delay. My cleaning was gentle and was given a lot of valuable information about my oral health and insurance. Everyone that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and sweet. Making my next appointment was super easy and again the receptionist was very helpful and nice to speak with. Im looking forward to my next appointment.

I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid so I’ve seen how the office has changed since the new doctor/group took over. The new doctor was really nice and gave me a lot of helpful information on what I can do for my dental health, and the other staff were all so kind and helpful as well! As someone who hates going to the dentist my appointment was not too bad, definitely recommend this office!

Everyone is very friendly at the office and do what they can to be of help. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.

They are very clear about pricing and let you know before they start anything and they always check with your dental insurance first too. Every time I go, I am always asked if I have any questions or concern.

I have always been frightened of dentists due to experiences I had as a kid but every dentist or staff I have encountered at Smiles of Sterling have been wonderful. I have been going here for 3 years and I am never nervous going and I feel completely comfortable.
