I had called a different dental office and was rudely and abruptly placed on hold, so I decided to hang up and called Smiles of Sterling. My call was immediately answered by their pleasant receptionist. My questions were answered and I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time frame. I especially enjoyed their online checkin where I was able to fill out paperwork before my appointment. All my other necessary paperwork was sent to me via email in a timely manner.
